If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return
You have [3] days to return an item from the date you received it.
Example: If you received the item(s) on 1st June, please contact us for arranging the return before 3th June.
You may return your item:
- If you have received the wrong order (wrong item / colour)
- If you have received a damaged/defective product (except artificial damage)
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original packaging together with original receipt or proof of purchase.
Goods can only be returned for exchange but are non-refundable.
If you have encountered the above issues, kindly contact us to provide product photos and videos & order number for further actions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In case of order cancellation under any circumstances we will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any amount paid to customer. However the paid amount cancelled can be used for the next purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of return policies has expiry.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We do not refund products:
- Obtained from a source other than our website, Facebook page, Instagram page, Shopee, Lazada
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
- Change of mind
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a return without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
