If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return / Exchange

You have [3] days to return an item from the date you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Example: If you received the item(s) on 1st June, please contact us for arranging the return before 3th June.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  1. You received the wrong item or wrong colour.
  2. You received a damaged or defective item (excluding damage caused after used).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returned with its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Supported by a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Goods can only be returned for exchange but are non-refundable.

If you have encountered the above issues, kindly contact us to provide product photos and videos & order number for further actions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case of order cancellation under any circumstances we will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any amount paid to customer. However the paid amount cancelled can be used for the next purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned / exchange:

  1. Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchange due to hygiene reasons. 
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of return policies has expiry.
  3. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  4. Items purchased on sale or with a discount/voucher are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We do not refund products:

  1. Obtained from a source other than our website, Facebook page, Instagram page, Shopee, Lazada
  2. Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  3. Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  4. Change of mind
  5. Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Method

Buttercream Jewelry does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be credited to any bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, the corresponding Store Points will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

If you have not received your Store Points after 15 business days from the approval date, please contact us at bcream.official@gmail.com.

Return / Exchange Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the return / exchange shipping costs and risk of returning items to us, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent).

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a return without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
