Delivery Information

1. How long is the delivery ?

We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner.

Destination Shipping Timeline
West Malaysia approx. 1-5 working days
East Malaysia approx. 7-10 working days
Singapore approx. 7-14 working days

 

2. How can I track my parcel ?

To check your order status and tracking details, kindly sign in to your account, then click 'Track My Order' in the top menu.

Alternatively, please refer to the tracking number found in your shipment confirmation email. Key the tracking number into the online tracking system of the designated courier company to keep track of your shipment.

 

3. When will my preorder be shipped?

Preorder items require 7–14++ working days to arrive at our warehouse.

Once the preorder item has arrived, we will pack and ship out your order accordingly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

*For orders that include preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.


4. Is Same-Day Delivery available?

Yes. Same day delivery is available for Klang Valley only.
You may place order via our Instagram / Facebook: ButtercreamJewelry and contact us directly to check availability and delivery arrangements.

5. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.
